If we can agree on one person that would be the right pick we can then lobby congress, Fox news, DOJ to appoint this person

She may be more immune to being "Roy Moored" since it is a little harder to push the idea that a women was molested by a woman!
I also do not want anyone that the Big Media would see as "Fair". I want someone who will actually uphold the law and the Constitution.

Rudy is in the WH staff, so that might be a hard one to get.

News to me.
What is his job title?

Any Special Prosecutors that are appointed will be Mueller clones. Bank on it.

No! On one of the Fox Shows she said that she likes and respects Rod Rosenstein. How did she miss the problem with him?

The creatures of the swamp are all intertwined. No mater who you appoint there will be objections. Are there any former 3-4 Star Generals out there with a law degree? If anyone tries to tie in The Clintons, they better invest in body armor, you never know when someone will sneak up on you and try to rob you. Did Seth Rich hear it coming?

No. Why a Special Prosecutor?
The HOUSE is the body constitutionally assigned to impeach (formal charges) an official. Then the HOUSE should hire investigators and prosecutors for impeachment issues. If there is reasonable suspicion that FBI officials are corrupt, then the HOUSE should investigate and charge if/when probable cause is found.
If it’s for federal crimes done by those not currently in office, then the FBI/CIA (the GOOD guys in there) with TRUMP in charge (maybe AFTER the FBI’s house has been cleaned up), should investigate and indict if probable cause is found.

Rod Rosenstein definitely needs to be throw out. He was the WORST decision Trump has ever made!

Can the House prosecute? That may be only for the Executive branch. The only other thing I can see is that Trump starts firing people - which could lead to impeachment with all the RINOs in congress and many of the house republicans leaving. Something needs to be done soon. The report of the IG will come out next month but he can not prosecute either. These people [mentioned in the memo] need to be indicted!
