I was reading on twitter that there are 9 memos, but only 5 will be released. Now look at your excerpt above. Five mentions of a memo. The memo just released changed the narrative. Maybe this list of memos above is telling us what each memo will bring about as it is released. Maybe this is a five-step plan and we are being told the plan by Q. Foreshadowing... I’ve noticed that Q seems to have classical training in literature.
