I remember one judge, former military (maybe Marine) in, IIRC, San Diego who the first day said that the case warranted looking at, and when the court convened again, changed his tune entirely. Turned out he had a Perkins Coie assistant, recently signed on. Was probably forced on him.

I think we all know that Trump’s support in Military is front and center. During the Inauguration, did you all notice that a bunch of military people came down the stairs and stood behind Trump while he was speaking? At that point he was talking about “power back to the people”.

I thought it might have been orchestrated to send a message.

In regards to GWII, W went after Saddam because Saddam tried to kill daddy (GHWB) on a visit to Kuwait (IIRC) after GW1. Yes, it was the wrong application of military power after 9/11/2001. Afghanistan was a valid target. Though not all were born there, 15 or the 19 9/11 hijackers possessed Saudi citizenship at the time of the 9/11 attack. The so-called 20th hijacker I don’t remember. Seems like he did, too.

The plot was discovered and thwarted.

Bill Clinton, President at that time, ordered 32(?) Tomahawks to strike Iraqi intelligence HQ (attack was at night - one night worker was killed). This was 1998 as I recall. I will double-check.

I remember the BC attack on Iraqi intelligence because I was paying close attention to Iraq at that particular moment.

I looked into the Pacer filings last year and those pitching the "thousands" are IMO intermixing sealed filings of all kinds vs. indictments. However, the nature of the things being dealt with behind the scenes (and accompanied by numerous high level resignations + operations being shut down ala Tony Podesta's) requires lots of accompanying activity to include numerous sealed filings. These numbers are definitely out of whack IMO - but they indicate that there are likely dozens / maybe even hundreds of sealed indictments that are well outside the norm of normal activity.

Look at these dates - the FISA for Carter Page was obtained the day after Trump went to the Al Smith dinner and told the joke that Hillary says it takes a village and, from what he'd heard, she'd taken several ;)

A couple of corrections. The Hugh Hefner stuff is pretty much corroborated by the crazydaysandnights blog, who is a Hollywood insider, I think an attorney. There are photos/articles of Eric Schmidt in NK with Richardson, the Dem former Gov. of New Mexico. (NY Post, Pollutico). Schmidt resigned from,Google/Alphabet within hours of President Trump's Dec. 21 EO, which gave him emergency powers to freeze assets worldwide of human rights abusers, traffickers, and people who work with them, as well as certain "corrupt officials" - I think it talked about key national resources, which I took to mean Uranium One. The appendix to the EO named a number of known Clinton cronies.
