I cook mostly breast meat; it’s pretty easy to spot the pellets that way. :)
Others I know do the same. I like to roast the whole duck. While mostly breast meat is true, I like the little legs for nibbling and hate to waste a bit of my game. I was raised that way. If you kill it, you eat it was my father’s law, whether fish or fowl or any other animal. I much prefer wild game to any other form of meat. Have chowed down on most varieties.
