Ryan at 5:20 shows that he is in thick with the Deep State. But we understand. Mueller is his leverage against Trump. He was an idiot to make this statement. Here is what he said:

This document is not an indictment of the FBI or the DOJ. It does not impune the Mueller investigation or the Deputy Attorney General.

You are correct. JW has to sue constantly, the DOJ....that would be Sessions, to release the documents. Thats one of the reasons I suspect Sessions is a black hat.
