Yesterday someone said that staff had been ordered to clear out old FOIA documents. I read that to mean that the Obama and Bush adminstrations simply ignored FOIA requests they didn’t like. Really seems like the Wild West in terms of lawlessness. The government could do what they wanted without fear of having to release proof of their actions to the public and the MSM suppressing/covering up anything that tried to surface.

no kidding. for instance:
approximately 44 pages (20 on a page) for American Center for Law and Justice v. Dep’t. of State no. 16-cv-01975(D.D.C.) Case # F-2016-10421.
it wasn’t even formatted re: from\to and document date in the summary. The documents have a unique number numbered consecutively, but they don’t seem to tie into any date\subject or person.

For instance: Document 1 might have an original email sent date of 3/8/2012. Document 2 date might be 03/01/2012.
I thought it might be last in first out, no such luck.

interesting but boring stuff. booger to try an sort into any rhyme or reason.

In the random review of the files, I wonder what the big deal was into holding onto some of this stuff ?
