Separation of powers means nothing to Democrat/Leftists as in this case it doesn't suit their purpose.

I won't be surprised if they not only try to obtain an injunction but they even find a Leftist judge on, say, the 9th Circus to issue one ... in which case I hope, in quick response, President Trump orders the immediate release of the memo.
