Two completely different circumstances, I believe. She did look totally surprised at Melania’s gift. When she gave her gift to Laura Bush, is it possible that it was a completely different situation? It does not look like it was going to be a photo op. Anyway, there are many, many, many, more things to criticize about the Obamas than a minor social faux pas. Rush even talked about it this morning, and I think it makes conservatives look petty and needlessly critical.
If Melania had NOT given the Moochie a gift this image would be all over the MSM and Moochie would be moaning about how awful and inconsiderate are the Trumps and how she herself was so wonderful and generous to the Bushes.
