My understanding is/has been that the white hats are in no such agency and defense with help from other friendlies in & out of country - they are the ones charged to deal with these matters when the FISC so orders as is apparent from the April 2017 Court order. This is why reopening of GITMO last night was critical ... and the 12/21/17 EO provides the avenue.

The highest court(s), law enforcement & IC agencies in this land were corrupted for blackmail and political partisan advantage.
