Why are 3 men in a garbage truck? That business doesn’t work like that anymore. Was the dead guy, already dead?

Q 659

"If the truck was there as a plant, the only sense I can make of it is that the occupants were patsies, i.e., they were told they were only going to force the train to stop, on the idea of an antifa protest."

A theory.

The driver was already dead before the train struck.

The truck was placed on the track. The dead driver was placed in the drivers seat.

The other two men could then act outside the truck as if they're giving the driver instructions (in case they're being watched by other drivers and people in the area).

It would look like the two outside the truck were trying to help the driver when in fact they were there to keep people distracted and away from the truck.

Who knows?

True. At least in my garbage truck neighborhood. One driver and an automatic arm to pick up the plastic cans. I bet there are throwback garbage systems still around though. That is something else to explore. Should be easy to find out the gargave company and how they operate their trucks. They old style had a driver and one or two dudes to pick up cans by hand..Get on that nerds....

The analysts at FR require raw intel.
