Yes. Some repubs framed and voted passively with Obama’s minions - that’s when people really started referring to the ‘uniparty’ because repubs were submissively voting along Dem lines. Some repubs are swamp and some were blackmailed, that’s why only a “handful”of the repubs were calling for the release of the memo, then after the SOTU, they voted to release it.
