Exactly. One packet of unsweetened instant oatmeal with a drizzle of honey and a few raisins is far healthier than pizza...and with a cup of coffee or 8oz. of milk...should be enough breakfast for anyone.
I make myself an oatmeal omelet sometimes...a small portion of oatmeal, an egg and some seasonings mixed in, then fried in olive oil, johnnycake style. Green Tabasco, onion and peppers is tasty, or any combination that you enjoy.
I dont know who “anyone” is but I typically eat 4 -5 eggs, 6 sausage links, a half cup of full fat greek yogurt and some days half a cantaloupe for breakfast...granted I seldom eat lunch
Dont think I have ever met any of those anyones who are good on packet of oatmeal.That would just make me hungry and would be better off just skipping breakfast entirely.
