I just looked that up. Trump tweeted 1/27 at 3:55 AM - 27 Jan 2018. Q posted those phrases later that day. I’m not trying to debunk, but could you please point me to where Q posted it earlier.

Please debunk if you can, especially on this one, because it looks like you are correct. The timestamp on Q's 8chan post is 9 hours after Trump's 1/27 3:55 am tweet. However, I'm not sure if 8chan uses a different time zone for its posts, so I also looked for the first FR post about this drop. I found one at 1/27 at around 9:30 am pst.

So you're right: this was not a foreshadowing post by Q because it happened 9 hours after Trump's tweet.
