How are the schools supposed to cope with kids who are supported for acting out in school?

Obviously that teacher is failing to motivate the students.

HaHaHa.
That’s funny. I’d say that is an irrelevant comment.

The teacher could be Mr Rodgers, or a tap dancer but a kid with no restraint is going to act out & disrupt. The teacher is being made responsible for keeping her/his classroom safe while it is loaded with kids who are violent and we talk now about motivation?

If a kid has that kind of a full fledged tantrum at school a psychological evaluation is warranted on the repetition of the behavior. After all there could be a brain tumor or some physical explanation, lead poisoning, metabolic disorder. After that the child should be placed in special classes taught by burly men where things are more defined. If that toug love improves behavior they can transition back the next year. Meanwhile the teachers who want to teach & the kids that want to learn can do so.
