A couple other posters hinted at that. I think Munchhausen might apply to behaviorism as well as physical maladies.
Extreme would be letting this sociopath continue pummeling whomever he wanted.
Did you know if a student continues to act out in school they can qualify for "Crazy" money and parents have been known to encourage the behavior? Probably not.
