Do you mean money for the parents to get help for their child because that kind of treatment is expensive Yep. Schools get a boost too just like they do for forcing kids into ESL classes.

It's kind of counterintuitive because most people who have kids like that have good ins. Like Medicaid. And middle class people get caught in those things, too, through no fault of their own. Also some lower income, some of them try to be effective parents, too.
