So why the strange letter from a new name Boyd of the DOJ to the House Intell Committee?
If Trump signs the release then he will be guilty of Obstruction of Justice, according to the Dem plan, the media will scream!!!
Remember the NY Tines article aboout six months ago. The White House discussed firing Mueller
Dan lays out this wierd attempt of the Dems.....
30 minutes of your time approx gets you thru tne intricate details ...or you can just wait till things happen.
The Memo will come out,...but Trump may choose to let the five days go by and not pick up the blame.

Scooter Libby, maybe Martha Stewart. "Obstruction of Justice" is a broad category of activity.
What that site describes is plausible. It is well known that the feds use the spy apparati of other countries to get around US law.
Bump to listen later.
There is one thing I know... they keep messing with our President and patience will run thin if they don’t get the dossier out to the public and take care of the sins and crimes being committed by the ones who are causing trouble for Trump... we the people aren’t the only ones who are upset over this treatment and the lies.
White House lawyers were hired for things like this.. it’s time to show who knows what to do and is doing it... and take command of the situation.
Trump has a spirit of dealing.... I have the spirit of fighting and hanging them by their last hope.
I agree with you, there is no underlying crime. I was just posting some of the text from the original post (in italics).
As I said, the “obstruction” charge will be fabricated. It will be baseless, but it will provide just what the media and the Dems want to hear. Without lies, they have nothing. We see this everyday.
Needs to be jail time for those involved!
Who else besides Trump was spied upon? How many of the other candidates?

Good question. If the truth ever gets out I think we will see that the Leftist cabal was casting a large net. Their objective wasn’t only to stop Trump.
This was a political power play. To the Left, the ends always justifies the means. They detested Trump and brought out massive firepower against him. This wasn’t politics; it was war.
In a way, it was predictable. They attacked and attempted to undermine GWB at every turn — and nobody stopped them. Their lies, propaganda and hatred expanded from the beginnings of his presidency. They also attacked and targeted the Tea Party, notably using and weaponizing the IRS which set a precedent for using agencies for partisan persecution.
So naturally, they felt secure in ratcheting it up another level. They never thought they could get caught.
Such a resolution would not pass the Senate, because of Rinos who think Mueller must be left to do his job. Most of them are just compromised globalists who want Trump impeached. Trump doesn’t need to worry about the Senate; the House is where impeachments originate. The biggest problem with the House is Paul Ryan, who agrees with the globalists and does want Trump impeached, not because he did anything, but because he upsets their applecart, and there are trillions at stake. If Trump’s people can get to Ryan, it can be done.
We need to change the law such that no spying of US citizens without a warrant is legal, even by supposed allies.
Met a guy at work this week whose retired CIA. Totally in the Deep State. He said "we all hate Trump."
The State Department closet Conservatives I know says the same thing about State.
IRS friends said before the elections are job is safe with Shillary. And they are Deep State.
I'm learning that government waste is through the roof. Living in the Peoples Republic of Maryland and knowing tons of government workers is an enlightment. And frightening. And is where middle class taxes go.
MAGA! If we want to save our Repulic.
Even if it takes more time....Hillary KNOWS!
Agreed. There is just too many dudes (and dudettes) out there with an opinion and a camera and almost none of them subscribe to the “brevity is the soul of wit” theorum. I’m extremely curious with a lot of these videos and ideas, but I’m just not THAT extremely curious. There is just too little time.
A very compelling summary.
WH has already said that it has no role in publication or release.Trump sought release of classified Russia memo, putting him at odds with Justice DepartmentRegardless, the press is going to assert that Trump approved the release. Whether he literally approves it or doesn't even get involved, the line from the press will be "Trump approved."
That's a given. No sense in even worrying about an argument against it. Just give the facts about Trump's extent of involvement. The press is going to run with the narrative no matter what.
President Trump is making a behind-the-scenes push to release a classified House Intelligence Committee memo ... Trump's interest in making the memo public was conveyed Wednesday to Attorney General Jeff Sessions by White House Chief of Staff John Kelly, according to a report in the Washington Post. The WaPo article "Trump sought release of classified Russia memo, putting him at odds with Justice Department" has very little on the headline subject and mostly drives the conclusion that Trump obstructed justice. Predictable segue.
On Wednesday, as Republicans were clamoring to make public a secret document they think will undercut the investigation into Russian meddling, President Trump made clear his desire: Release the memo.Trump's directive was at odds with his own Justice Department, which had warned that releasing the classified memo written by congressional Republicans would be "extraordinarily reckless" without an official review. Nevertheless, White House Chief of Staff John F. Kelly relayed the president's view to Attorney General Jeff Sessions ...
Kelly and Sessions spoke twice that day - in person during a small-group afternoon meeting and over the phone later that evening - and Kelly conveyed Trump's desire, a senior administration official said. ...
The intervention with Sessions, which has not previously been reported, marked another example of the president's year-long attempts to shape and influence an investigation that is fundamentally outside his control. ...
In recent weeks, Mueller's team has questioned White House staff about the June episode in which Trump expressed interest in firing Mueller, a person familiar with those interviews said. ...
A person who has interacted with Mueller's team said the prosecutors seem to be pursuing a theory that Trump's actions over months have followed a consistent pattern. "Their theory appears to be that he goes after people who are not loyal," this person said. "He wants in place people who are loyal, to make sure he doesnaEUR(TM)t get in trouble in the investigation." This person added that key episodes in this narrative include Trump's order that Sessions not recuse himself from the investigation; the firing of Comey; his efforts to intervene to get the Flynn investigation dropped; and then, above all, Trump's dictation aboard Air Force One in July of a misleading statement to be released by his son, Don Jr., about his meeting with the Russian lawyer at Trump Tower during the campaign - "the most obvious obstructive act," this person said.
... Mueller might seek to outline his findings about Trump's actions in a written report rather than bring them in court through criminal charges. It would probably fall to Rosenstein to decide whether to submit the report to Congress, which has the power to open impeachment proceedings.
Correct.
The only remaining question is, is Mueller coordinating with Ryan (Romney) and McConnell (Bush) as to what charges will work best, and when to act?
This evolving coup will be suppressed by force or it will prevail.
Agreed, but they need to get ahead of folks like Chuck Todd. It is not surprising that they control the narrative but the entire talk show circuit this morning has revolved around Trump’s efforts to “Discredit the Agencies.”
Whatever it takes, they HAVE to get in front of this!
The libs tried to oust Reagan (Iran Contra) and they tried to prevent GWB from becoming president through recounts/hanging chads. Of course, they successfully managed to impeach Nixon. So it was predictable, if not inevitable, that they would make another run at attempting to thwart/undermine a Republican president.
My point is that there is a well established pattern of seditious behaviour on the Left that has for too long been met with acquiescence by a weak, unprincipled and feckless GOP.
We cannot allow them to once again get away with engineering another attempted soft coup. And, to your point, we cannot permit Ryan, McConnell and their cohorts to facilitate a furtive campaign that is clearly designed to remove Trump. We have to draw a line on this one or else it will never end.
I meant to say the libs successfully CHARGED Nixon with articles of impeachment. Apologies for my error.
Democrats manipulate the GOP like puppets. They should thank their lucky stars that the GOP is so weak. Nothing quite like having an easy “opponent” than can be pushed around.
As for Ryan, he is a tool of the globalists and the Chamber of Commerce. He is a denizen of the Swamp that Trump is trying to drain.
It may be a pipedream but I would still like to see the House pass a resolution stating that the Mueller investigation is based on chicanery and should be shut down. Just call it what it is. It would be hard for the media to ignore it.
