So, for the property seizures to occur a state of emergency must be declared by Trump?
If this is really going down, the state of the union is at critical mass. Could SHTF on Tues. night during the Address?

I had same thought.
He reads FISA abuse memo as law enforcement begins hauling them in.
They’re all in one room.

Dunno when, it could I guess. The Donald is a stageman, after all. Wouldn't that be awesome? LS said today he thinks the reason they are holding onto the memo is because of the destruction it will do to the FBI and how that will effect past corrupt cases, like Clinton, Fast n Furious, Benghazi, etc. They would have to reinvestigate it all...
Makes sense to me.

So, for the property seizures to occur a state of emergency must be declared by Trump? The Donald declared a national emergency with the signing of the executive order.
and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.
He could begin the seizures any minute now. Maybe he has.

My Friends, The state of emergency was already declared on 21 December 2017 in the Presidents order.
Most people and the mainstream media were blissfully ignorant and headed into Christmas and New Years.

Read it again, the EO says it is on and active as of that day 12-21-2017
It is up and running now and I will tell you well north of 200 C level people have resigned including Eric Schmidt the same day the EO came out!
Its game on and things are moving quickly
Gonna need lots of popcorn especially when the Memo is let loose, not a single Democrat is for it
