Yes, watch The Room, but only with the Rifftrax (www.rifftrax.com) mp3 file audio comments. I cannot recommend it without Rifftrax.
I’ve seen the room with live in the room commentary from someone in the know and it was a riot. I don’t feel I need to ever watch the Room again... But I would like to see the portrayal in the Disaster Artist.
