Why not just state the actual point plainly? What’s the reason for not doing that?

This is the style he has chosen to communicate. We can go along with it or not.
I’ll admit, I am a black and white kind of guy. I wish things were more plainly stated. So I don’t disagree with you that Q’s messages can be frustrating.
With the kind of evil we are dealing with, maybe it cannot be stated plainly until other events occur.

Earlier Q posts pointed out that Obama traveled to several Asian nations just prior to Trump's big Asia trip. Now you have Kerry doing same in Davos. Why? Best- undercutting current administration policy. Worst- trying to keep previously aligned criminal elements in foreign govts loyal; keep past and current criminal plans hidden; reassure future criminal plans will go forward.
