Yes, I think Trump gave May a friendly reminder that member's of her nation's intelligence service were engaged in espionage, as well as potential accomplices in a coup d’etat. This would and should be considered a major international scandal. Trump tells her this can be rectified if she gets her intelligence agencies to play ball...perhaps even providing testimony against their American deep state counterparts.
