Thats exactly what the 8 chan Anons were saying. They claim that mi6 has dealt with the Rothchilds (represented as the ++ symbol in previous Q posts) who are mostly in London and have influence in every government bank around the world except a handful.

Most people would read the symbol + as the word "plus" but it has a double meaning.

In previous Q posts, the symbol + represents George Soros. You can put two and two together yourself from there.
