Some Jews in Germany even supported Hitler in the beginning because they thought he only meant the “bad” Jews.

There was an interesting movie years back with Ralph Fiennes and others like William Hurt and Rachel Weitz and James Frain called Sonnenschein about a prominent Hungarian Jewish family and victimhood and poor choices in the imperial era and Hungarian Karpat Nazi colaboative govt and the post WWII Stalin and Kruschev eras up through the 1956 anti Soviet uprising

They were a strong family with money and artistic talent torn between Hungarian patriotism and surviving first Imperial intrigue and Nazi collaboration whereby Hungary lost about between 50-66% of its Jews in WWII mostly from deportation to death and work camps and some from Allied bombings

The movie is intriguing because it shows Jews at all political angles including Nazi accommodation which in the end failed and the era of retribution by Jewish communists which in turn consumed itself and they too were purged and executed by newer communist in the post Stalin era and so forth

Really good film .....different from the usual fare where Jews are always victims....I’m not Jewish obviously but I would tire of that treatment

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0145503/

It’s funny but I’d guess 40’percent of Americans support the minimization of white or European culture given they feel it’s always been rooted in bigotry and social injustice

There is always a way to have folks act not in their best interest
