Even Rep Johnson and Nunes said that final de-classification of the memo would either have to come from the White House itself, or they could take a vote and if the WH didn't act within 5 days then it could be released.

Last I heard somebody said it was gonna have to go to the full house and that would take 19 days. I originally heard the same you did. Didn't hear why it would change. But the race is on. Maybe the Donald thinks like I do, that Mueller is bringing obstruction charges any day now and he knows how vital it is to beat him to the punch.

If Mueller strikes first, anything against Mueller and his boys will look like retaliation, and the media and dems will surely play it that way.

The timing on the memo release is VITAL and needs to come soon. First out wins.
