Yes. His usual counsel may not be the current counsel. In fact internet rumors say that he named someone else implicated so that person couldn’t testify against Obama due to client counsel privilege. After that rumor started another one came out saying someone else in the swamp jumped on that tactic and named a co-conspirator as their counsel. Sounds like it may be true.
