This female judge (Rosemarie) is presently performing for the CAMERAS in the hopes to have a movie made about HER in the future.

I disagree with the opening poster. She is justifying her sentence to avoid getting overturned on appeal.
Absolutely. It’s why I don’t envy the judges and prosecutors who have to see and hear about these sick crimes. But the law requires them to, and they know that.

Of course the guy deserved the sentence.
The argument is about HOW it was handed out.
The judge was into her NON-ENDING self-love mode........ plain and simple.

True....... but if he got a "tongue-lashing" he and the court also were most certainly nearly put to sleep by her never-ending preening to the cameras. The silly woman preened for at least an hour. Her makeup began to melt.

This was plainly a death sentence for the defendant. Perhaps this was the first death sentencing for the judge.
