Thanks, but that doesn't appear correct. The Q post shown in the parent post is dated 1/23 at 08:20.
However THIS article on the subject appeared on IBT on 1/23 at 01:38, or roughly 7 hours in advance. And there are likely similar articles that came out even before then.
