So basically what Q is saying, to keep the FBI and the DOJ from being destroyed and ruing the relationship between the US and another country, nothing will be said or done....at least so the public can see......

We will just have to deal with this stuff in the future. Everything not exposed, prosecuted and made and example of gets left behind to be put back I place quickly.
