To the best of my knowledge, Scientific American is not actually peer reviewed and has all the scientific objectivity of Pravda.

Somebody correct me if I’m wrong.

Re Scientific American:

They have some great, highly informative articles by people who are prominent in their fields, with footnote/references to peer reviewed articles. They are very good in physics and materials related topics.

But, that said, they are as in the green/climate bag as can be. When they have an article by an outside “expert,” or by their internal editors, on almost anything that involves climate, you don’t need to read it to know what it is going to say.

My personal opinion, of course.
