I’ve spent a good deal of time offshore in a sailboat and the activity over the ocean just out of land view is FAR more than anything you’ll see on land.
You can see giant checkerboard patterns done by planes in formation spanning the entire sky.
IMO, these are classified military tests to alter the weather. We have the computer technology now to determine what parts of the atmosphere to cool/heat in order to alter weather patterns. The scientists can program the planes’ GPS and BAM... instant weather correction.
I would guess they are spraying dusts made of reflective metals that already commonly occur in the ocean.
That’s the silliest thing I’ve heard since the guy who was afraid putting more Marines on Guam would tip it over.
I would guess that's being done because people are noticing the activity. Now they spray offshore and let it drift over the landmass.
