I'm not saying it's the CEO's fault. But the company's business is the CEO's responsibility.

Was it the CEO of Johnson & Johnson's fault that the Tylenol were poisoned in the 80's? No, but it was his responsibility to handle it for the company.

Tide has already gone the extra mile by creating a child-proof container for the pods. However, they mean actual young children, not the grown-up kind deliberately ingesting the things. I would go no further.

Life is hard. It’s even harder when you’re stupid, you teenage Tide pod eaters.
