I did some googling and it seems to be a
1938 Truetone which was a Western Auto brand. Notice the circle right above the tuning dial? That is one of those
Magic Eye tube florescent tuning indicators. Definitely a nice radio. The Art Deco styling is handsome too.
I thought it was a pre 1940 model. Just beautiful.
I can't remember exactly but that magic eye is built into OTR culture. Years ago on the thread we were trying to figure out what some program was referencing about the eye watching them. lol.
