How do you know this James Baker is a “more modern era” James Baker? Who told you?
a.) Because of the context of the list. It is supposedly a list of people who had private email addresses in the Obama administration and surrounding government.
b.) I vaguely remember hearing of a James Baker in the Obama administration in the not too distant past.
