Many of the people who were tweeting to release the Memo got this message right after the Russian bot narrative was released by the Liberal MSM. Also many accounts were shadow banned and even suspended. This memo is an attempt by Twitter to explain those actions taken against good people who wanted the memo released. As you may have already noticed the entire Russian bot narrative came from a democrat organization run by leftists. Everything they don’t like is the Russian’s fault. It started with Trump winning the election.
