Kind of a weak story. They arbitrarily choose the past week which means January 13, but the Bay Area had a good jolt on January 4. If they had written the article covering the past 3 weeks, we’d have been counted!

SAN FRANCISCO A magnitude 4.4 earthquake centered on the Hayward fault near the UC-Berkeley campus jolted the Bay Area awake early Thursday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
It was too puny to make the cut.
