Nigelle Von De Bar Baskerville had a live revolver in a book and another stored under a step

A "live" revolver? Man, I gotta get me one of those! I'll bet they're expensive. Is this one of those handguns that runs around shooting people all by itself, I wonder?

The Brits seem to have a twisted affection for deactivated, inert firearms. Here's one on the wall of Poppies Fish and Chips in east London (SMLE, upper left). I was seated at that table right beneath it in December, 2016, so I got a good look. It appeared fully intact, though I'm sure a hunk of steel was welded in the chamber throat, or something. Still, the "Sean of the Dead" possibilities made me smile through the meal. Hell, maybe this woman's big mistake was *hiding* the guns somewhere other than in plain sight.
