Heck, Harrison Ford was too old in the last one and that was over 10 years ago if I recall! There is not enough CGI and stuntmen on Earth to make him a credible Indiana Jones. The only way it might work is if he played a supporting role like Sean Connery did in The Last Crusade.

Awwww, c’mon, can’t you just see all the kiddies begging for action figures of a 77 year old? The inspiration for a geriatric ‘action hero’ every kid wants to be...uh, every 80 year old? WHO is the target audience?? Stoned grandpas?

The series "Young Indiana Jones" had some good moments. If they're going to mine anything they should revisit that, and not give in to the temptation to pc the crap out of it.
Better yet, a new "Flashman".
And don't hire Malcolm McDowell for the lead.

Yeah his time as a action star is in the past. He should stick to dramas from now on. I saw the new Bladerunner movie the other day which he's in, I thought it was better than the first one from 1982. What was wild about it is they did a CGI of Sean Young so it looked like she didn't age in 35 years and it looked real as hell and they said it took them a year to do the CGI and that's just for a few minutes of screen time!.

(The remoulade was a trifle tart, but the souflee for dessert more than made up for it.)
