Alligator fights python in front of shocked golfers
NY Post ^ | January 18, 2018 | Jennifer Earl

An alligator and a Burmese python were locked in a cold-blooded battle to the death as a crowd watched in shock at a golf course in Naples, Fla., last week. Richard Nadler spotted the gator entwined with the large snake just outside the 10th hole at The Golf Club at Fiddler’s Creek. Both creatures were perfectly still, but it appeared the gator had the head of the snake in its mouth.

Obviously, the gator is a racist.

Obviously. Burmese Pythons are immigrants to this country. What ever happened to tolerance? Diversity? Does't that redneck Gator know that diversity is our strength?

Not locked IN a fight to the death....photo taken AFTER the fight. No constrictor by the snake. It’s loosely draped around the gator at this point. The gator seems to be just chilling and waiting a bit before starting a big meal.

Sorry Gator fans, but I’d put a Python up against a Gator any day.

In other words, what chance does a Charter Arms .38SPL stand against a Colt with full-strength .357 loads?

I've seen an electric eel kill a cayman that tried to eat it. The eel was hooked on a fisherman's line when the cayman attacked. The shock from the eel caused the cayman’s jaws to lock closed. He died within thirty seconds.
