A fisherman who jumped ship into bone-chilling water to dodge a speeding motorboat has filed a $372,500 lawsuit, alleging the other driver was distracted by his cellphone just before the dramatic crash caught on video.
....and everybody snapping the line to get the fish off.....the fish hitting the deck along with 20 or 30 flopping around, people stepping over each other and fish, deck hands running about untangling lines,poles bending with another 4 or 5 soon to hit the deck....good times...sacks of fish..lol
