Why? What the he(( have they done to show remorse for the disrespect they handed to the many veterans that flag and anthem represent. They demanded respect while disrespecting men and women that gave their lives and worse for this country not caring what color the citizens were and did it under conditions these guys will never see for more money than those gutsy vets will ever see.
Those players are paid to go to first class conditions with doctors to help them for free, for cuts and bruises that don’t start to stack up against the things vets go through. They have never had to go out on a football field and try to find all the pieces of a person that just got nailed that might still be alive. I have done that during a firefight in Vietnam and Iraq. Lost my stomach the first time.
Are they praying their family is going to be taken care of when they are down range and could get it at any second and not come back? Are they going to have almost no retirement program so the vet can, maybe, get by for the rest of his life? When’s the last time they saw a person with multiple limbs replaced from a football injury or mentally unable to handle a normal life?
I will never forgive them for what they did. They used the shoulders of those brave people to sell a point that didn’t change one bit as they did nothing but bitch about it when anyone in the US of sound mind knows there is a racial problem. I don’t care what you do. You are a failed representation of a human.
It is unfortunate that the only thing I can do is not support you financially. I wish you you would have to have walked in my boots when it got ugly and people died or were injured and in massive pain right in front of you.
You don’t deserve what you have, you don’t know what it is to earn it, and you are a group of self-centered, gutless, sponges. Keep your sport tough guys. It’s pansy compared to things the people you walked on did for you to have it. Just don’t expect people with a heart to support you. You don’t deserve that either.

Die NFL, die!
Far too late, lost all interest last year and do not see getting it back anytime soon.
No it isn’t. It’s time for the NFL to go to hell.
FU!NFLeeches
Nope. Not going to happen.
Boycott NFL, including the Superbowl. This season is done. Next year, let’s see what they do to fix their problem.
Right, just after I start burning the flag, idiot.
kapernick is merely the straw that broke the camel’s back.
animal abusers, drug dealers, wife beaters and thugs, etc. are more of the problem, as is their attitude towards us. pro sports players of all leagues used to be role models first and foremost. not anymore.
you need me a lot more that I need you. the nfl has a LOT of cleaning up to do before I watch again.
Football players are not patriotic enough. Many of us served our country proudly and approve of the right to protest, but not against the flag. When it is against the flag, it is disrespectful. Who cares about football? The people running the game do not seem professional. The coaches have lost control of the players. The owners cannot control the players or the coaches. Many of the officials making calls screw up time after time. The commentators are not worth hearing. People are always getting hurt with head injuries. Football is not fun to watch!
Up yours. I stuck a fork in them. They’re done.
I prefer real exercise to the false sense of accomplishment TV sports gives.
Who in the hell is Siraj Hashmi to tell Americans “The league doesn’t need you.”
Did Siraj play high school football? Was he even in the United States?
Get out of our country !!
To the NFL SJWs: What changed that you suddenly feel the need to protest and disrespect the flag and country. Youve done nothing but piss off a lot of fans for a questionable cause.
That's good. Then we're even.
I still love football. Next fall I might walk over and catch the local high school games.
Go back to your cricket and soccer games, Siraj.
GFY pal.
Anti-American players and wealthy owners have not even begun to feel the pain of our boycott yet.
That is only going to happen once their current CBA and TV contracts expire.
No, we need to ramp it up, and keep it up, for quite awhile longer.
Honestly, it didn’t take much of a push for me not to care about a bunch of overpaid thugs bashing their brains out on a ball field. The games do often get exciting towards the end, but it’s usually not worth the mental energy leading up to it . . .
