As reported by The Gateway Pundits Jim Hoft on Friday, Justice Department officials in the District of Maryland announced Mark Lambert of Mount Airy, Maryland was indicted on 11 counts related to bribery, kickbacks and money laundering. The charges stem from an alleged scheme to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a Russian official at JSC Techsnabexport (TENEX).
Robert Muellers FBI had been investigating the scheme since at least 2008 with retiring Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe assigned to the ongoing investigation which was hidden from the Committee on Foreign Investments in the United States (CFIUS). Had they known, the committee never would have approved the Uranium One deal with TENEXs parent company, Rosatom.
Four individuals were eventually prosecuted and given plea agreements after the Uranium One deal was approved. The prosecuting DOJ attorneys? Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and top Mueller investigator in the Trump-Russia probe, Andrew Weissman who praised former acting Attorney General Sally Yates for defying Trump.
The Hills John Solomon reported that the Obama Justice Department failed to call on the deals secret informant, William D. Campbell, when it came time to charging former Russian uranium industry executive Vadim Mikerinn.
While he was Marylands chief federal prosecutor, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosensteins office failed to interview the undercover informant in the FBIs Russian nuclear bribery case before it filed criminal charges in the case in 2014, officials told The Hill, reports Solomon.
Ive never heard of such a case unless the victim is dead. Ive never heard of prosecutors making a major case and not talking to the victim before you made it, especially when he was available to them through the FBI, Alan Dershowitz told The Hill.

Don't be confused by those 4 supposed prosecutions that Rosenstein et al conducted. Several never served a day, and those that did were close to the minimum time. And they were likely just the tip of the iceberg on the deal.
Also don't be confused and settle for letting Rosenstein or his agents at the DOJ be the ones to re-investigate it, as they're attempting to do. Stick with the recommendations from Congress that a special counsel be appointed to look into it this time, as the DOJ can't be trusted to investigate much of anything these days, especially itself.
Well, I’d like to see a BOOM! headline on RosenWeasel.
In before the Sessions bashing
and a DUH! to Joshua Caplan the writer...
I’d love to see these three—and several others—hauled off in handcuffs and fitted for orange jumpsuits YESTERDAY!!!
OH, for some honest justice and sweet schadenfreude!!!
An interesting theory, indeed.
Yeah, I’m sure you’re giddy over that.
Related?
It seems that the fix is already in.

A thread on Obama & Clinton cover-ups, & corruption - with some uranium, a Chuang & some important questions that need answering. Intrigued? Read on, but warning: bombshells incoming!
3. Background & reminder : from at least 2008, Robert Muellers FBI were investigating Tenam, the US based subsidiary of Tenex, a subsidiary of Rosatom, the Kremlins (Putins) energy company. The same Rosatom that purchased Uranium One.
4. Tenam was importing Russian uranium into the US. Between 2004-2014, the local manager, Mikerin, engaged with US companies Transport Logistics (TL) & NexGen Security in a racketeering, wire fraud, bribery & money laundering scheme.
5. When a TL insider, William Campbell, blew the whistle on what he was seeing, Muellers FBI started an investigation that led to at least 4 indictments by Holders DOJ.
6. Remember - the Tenam investigation is related to the Uranium One (U1) sale. Thats because the Tenam investigation was hidden from Congress & CFIUS, who approved the U1 sale in Oct 2010. If either had known about it, its highly unlikely the U1 sale would have been approved.
7. And the more you analyze the Tenam investigation, the more it appears that the Obama administration and/or Clintons deliberately wanted it hidden. Consider:
8. William Campbell - the whistleblower - was GAGGED by Holder & Lynch. We have still to hear from Campbell, who apparently has damning evidence about Tenam involving the Clintons:
More at link.
Jeff Sessions is part of the cover up. Sessions is clearly acting in a manner that is preventing the legitimate investigations of Uranium One, Comey, Hillary's email espionage, lynch, lerner, strzok and dozens of others.
Jeff Sessions needs to resign or be investigated himself and part of the conspiracy to cover up obama administration crimes.
No one who's been paying attention could not be suspect of Jeff Sessions at this point. We have Treason, Sedition, Obstruction of Justice, Espionage, Theft of government property, destruction of evidence, on and on, all being ignored.
“...Id love to see these threeand several othershauled off in handcuffs and fitted for orange jumpsuits YESTERDAY!!!...”
Personally, I’ve love to see these three dangling from the end of a rope while in orange jumpsuits.
Larry Klayman is an attention seeking punk.
LOL
Add Judge Chuang to the list.
Does Klayman ever get any results?
I don’t know about Sessions....he seems quite timid when what we need is a bull dog...err...maybe a pit bull.
And Loretta Lynch.
Not at all, I’m just trying to see how the pieces fit together, and where it will ultimately lead. Maybe this is the start of something big on Uranium One, that would be great. But I’d much rather have a special counsel investigating it, than Rosenstein again, since Sessions is likely recused or will be recused as any decent investigation ultimately should deal with the Clinton Foundation.
Judicial Watch only started making a difference when Fitton took over.
Our FBI Has become our secret police.
Sessions likes Mueller and Rosenstein and he has no problem with what happened with the 2015 Uranium One non-prosecution "prosecutions".
He also supports the same cast of characters burying...um prosecuting Uranium One non-swampsters again, now.
Never mind that any real Uranium swamp characters would ever be prosecuted.
Add to that, he's recused from Uranium One matters because it is a Clinton Foundation, connected scandal.
Bashing Sessions is inappropriate. Stating the facts about Sessions is appropriate.
Good point. They left Weissman out too, who was another FBI agent on Mueller's current special counsel team, that was assigned to assist Rosenstein in addition to McCabe.
