Anyone who opened the certificate released as the supposed real McCoy in Photoshop knew it was a fake. It was created in Photoshop or Illustrator in layers, and whoever put it together forgot to flatten the image. So you have a couple of layers showing various groups of text, all layered over a scanned and probably doctored background. An incredibly amateurish job.
I regularly work on photos on a high Res monitor at the pixel level, combining elements of multiple photos into a single image. When I get done, you can't detect that the the whole image wasn't an original.
It took less than 10 minutes to prove the BC was a fake. It was an extremely sloppy job. They left all kinds of clues when you blow it up to 3200% and examine the pixels. At 3200%, the pixels are 1/2" squares on the screen. Pasted elements stick out like sore thumb. To do it right, it can take up to 10 minutes the clean up the edges of a single M.
Whoever created the BC probably spent less than an hour on a job that should have taken about 6 to 8 hrs or more.

They were so sloppy they sent out the Birth Certificate as a Photoshop Doc. It had Six Layers. Absolute forgery, and an obvious one.

Actually I believe it was Adobe Acrobat, which is a document handler; it also has layers.
