Of course someone can make a document look like a forgery, but it was sent in layers. Did the White House want it to be called a “Forgery”?
Then explain to me why the copy I downloaded from the White House web site was subsequently decomposed by a friend using Photoshop. Furthermore, there are document experts who performed the same process as we did. Take a look at the signatures, dates and document number. Some are pixelated, others are not.
