U.S. authorities believe from at least 2009 to October 2014 Mark Lambert (pictured below left) and other company executives, including Daren Condrey, conspired to bribe Vadim Mikerin, an official at the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation subsidiary (TENEX), in order to secure contracts for transporting nuclear fuel.

Condrey is the co-president that has already pleaded guilty. I suspect that his sentence will be dependent upon how a good and cooperative a witness he turns out to be in upcoming trials.

Condrey plead guilty in late 2015. Two and a half years and no sentence yet? Somethin’ ain’t right.
This is an unusually brief article from Sundance, where he doesn’t do much if anything to tie this new indictment to the overall Uranium One scandal, even though there does appear to be potential overlap. My guess is he’s investigating that now, but it’s still unusual that he wouldn’t try to make some sort of correlation, so it must not be that apparent.
This is big news that the media has hardly touched. I grew up with Mark. Graduated high school with him. I’m curious to see how this turns out. Other sources I’m seeing indicate his wife Tatiana is involved, as is hr brother and family business in Russia.
Thanks for posting. Can you share those other sources you mentioned? This case appeared completely dead even after Schweitzer’s book Clinton Cash, but picked back up steam when John Solomon reported about the “FBI Informant” a few months ago. Unfortunately we’ve heard little since. Thanks again!
