Franklin county in Indiana is/was another one.
Get a ticket in Franklin, Indiana and you go to court twice.
Once to plead guilty or not guilty and again for the actual decision by the judge.
The ticketing officer isn’t required to appear unless you request he be there.
The judge rules over his fiefdom with an adoring cast of court jesters.
They love ticketing truck drivers in Franklin county.

Muslim is a different animal. Regular cops do their best. Just saw on Live PD that a cop was shot in the face by some crazy old guy who didn’t like being stopped. This is what hating cops produces. Be snarky all you want, but most people couldn’t do the job cops do.
