Well... this may have come up because of the FBI’s Peter Strzok and Lisa Page.
They are known sources for Wash Po reporter Devlin Barrett.
Back in 2005 Devlin Barrett was credited as a contributor to an article that cited FBI agents’ accusations of mistreatment of Gitmo detainees... a hit piece on Cheney and Rummy. Devlin was writing articles about Hillary around that time.
It would be interesting to know if Strzok and Page were the FBI sources used in the Devlin Barrett article back then, and if so, were their tales behind other allegations against US interrogators, and maybe they were even involved in the time info on FBI interrogators including names and phots were found in the cells of notorious detainees?
Devlin Barrett was mentioned in Strzok and Page's text messages; they fed him whatever they wanted to on the Russia Trump stuff.
Yup. Strzok and Page seem to be the 2004 leakers of the fake Gitmo torture claims, which we *know* were made by “FBI Agents.”
I had a buddy there at the time on the inside. He explained to me that the only trick being used for interrogations was the opposite of torture: feel-good drugs such as ecstasy, cocaine, and some Uncle Sam originals that put Detainees in the mood to be verbose voluntarily.
The torture claims were entirely fake. The FBI back in 2004 was taking shots at President Bush by leaking those fake claims.
Ask any leftist this whenever this subject comes up. If it was that important to close Gitmo, then why didn’t their hero Obama do it?
Her last post on the .gov site re GITMO was dated 2007.
