Its an actual cover from a late 2015 New Yorker magazine cover story in which Frank Rich (in between labeling the future president as a charlatan, conman and carnival barker) says that his candidacy is good for our democracy because it exposes the phoniness and corruption of our two-party system. [See, Rich, back then, like all the other "cognoscenti", just KNEW that Trump could NEVER, in a MILLION YEARS, actually WIN the election, so he was openly rooting for him to get the GOP nomination ... which goes into the 'be careful what you wish for' category...} *LOL*
For an article that doesn't sound favorable towards Trump, I doubt Trump would have agreed to wear a wig for the cover photo shoot.
If he didn't actually wear a wig, then the New Yorker art department Photoshopped it onto his head.
