You don’t get life in prison for murdering someone nowadays! She seems to be nuts, but seriously?
Rule 2: Never talk to the "man". (Obey the law, respect the law, use an attorney).
Rule 3: Never, ever stick it in crazy.
The minimum for the charge is 5 year so could, and probably will if convicted, get the minimum or close to it. Let's hold our outrage until she's sentenced, if it's merited.
How will they prove the paintings were damaged?
Most of his stuff looks like hammered sh!t anyway.
Andy Warhol? He of Campbell soup can fame?
If she destroyed that one, I’d have paid her a bounty.
;^)
Seems to me they ought to PAY her for what she done.
Andy Warhol...blech!
Laymen—another name that tells the story!
We had this thread when this first happened.
The attorney in question was subject of controversy for getting off with a slap on the wrist for a dui last year. His date had apparently been out drinking with him and became excessively inebriated before he tried to dump her off on Uber. She flipped and allegedly did something to the painting in addition to other property damage. If she is sentenced to life in prison for that outside of the mitigating circumstances, I’d say they have a corruption problem in that locale. The attorney might be the “beneficiary” of this corruption, but it’s not doing him any good because he is clearly not getting the message that his behavior is causing his problems.
She’s be pretty without makeup if it wasn’t for those open sores.
Part time “court reporter” who lives in a home in N Dallas with an annual property tax bill over $60K. Meth dots - a date? Methinks hooker.
Oh, and this all happened on Christmas Eve!
This is karma on steroids. This guy is the Aggie booster that engineered the firing of Kevin Sumlin.
Fine rules.

Imagine what it would be like if they were "serious" …
Honestly, she did a world a favor... Warhol should be in the discount bin at big lots, how and why folks ever obsessed over this guy is beyond me.
The amount of Crazy guys put up with from a woman is directly proportional to how attractive they are.....
Sad but true...
They know it as well, and its so funny watching them when they get called on their crazy..... they literally have no idea how to respond to someone who doesn’t put up with it.

People, especially politicians, involved in destroying public art and desecrating graves must be punished with prison time too.
Lots of prison time.
