He did say no.
DACA came in as an EO and went out as an EO in Sept. 2017. DACA is done with exceptions.
Any DACA recipients with a permit set to expire before March 5, 2018 had the opportunity to apply for a two-year renewal if they applied by October 5.
The last authorization would end March 5, 2020.

What do do with those already under DACA is the question. Right now they seem to be being used as bargaining chips for the wall.

Since when do you HAVE TO make deals with a party out of power?

Not a good bargain, here's a better bargain-- end budget filibusters. Fully fund the wall, and say no to DACA.

Knowing how things usually go though, we'll probably get DACA and no wall, and MAGA will just be a speed bump on the road to ruin.
