What’s the problem?
In every speech and interview I have seen Trump talk about it he has indicated that he will NOT deport DACA inmigrants and that he will treat them with ‘compassion’
He is also trying to get some legislation that will be bipartisan.
So why is everyone surprised? he is doing what he said and what he signaled he would do.
800,000 is a lot less than 11 million plus, specially if he gets the wall and enhanced border security.
And I'm sure that's what Reagan thought as well before the Democrats stiffed him as well ...
Without ending chain immigration and immigration lotteries, the wall isn't doing a heck of a lot of good, is it?
Read there are 800,000 to 3.5 million illegal aliens who are enrolled or eligible for DACA. So it’s probably more than 3.5 million.
Totally agree with your assessment!!
This all begs the question:
If President Trump decided to deport the DACA immigrants, where on earth would he send them??
What of those, who perhaps came from an identifiable country, yet only spoke English and had no real familial ties to any one outside our borders?? Where shall they be exiled???
BTW, please read my Post #27 on this thread.
Agreed. Get the Wall!
